SDA refers to homes or accommodation for NDIS Participants who require specialised housing solutions or modifications to make accessing their supports easier.
These architecturally designed apartments are in a convenient location, with easy access to lively shops and the beautiful Nepean River!
Fully accessible apartments in the heart of Penrith
The Henry Apartments in Penrith are six two-bedroom apartments and four one-bedroom apartments in the sought-after Thornton precinct. These generously sized apartments range from 56sqm for the one-bedroom configuration to 78sqm for the two-bedroom SDA apartments.

These apartments are perfect for NDIS participants who:
- would like to live alone or with a partner or carer
- want to live in a central, lively, multicultural suburb
- are eligible for one of the following Specialist Disability Accommodation categories:
- Improved Liveability
- Fully Accessible
- High Physical Support
- have access to the Disability Support Pension to contribute to rent and utilities
