How to access services from My Aged Care

Or visit myagedcare.gov.au

An intake officer from My Aged Care will do a quick screening with you. If you are eligible you will be assigned an assessor.

Your assessor will call to make an appointment to visit you at home. You are more than welcome to have family members with you during the assessment.

You can access your assessments online at anytime through the My Aged Care portal. Use your My Aged Care ID to login and check your current status.

Based on your assessment your local home care service provider will be in touch to get started. You can also tell your assessor if you have a preferred care provider such as Afea.
