We're proud to be the onsite support services provider at Liverty Housing's The Grace in Hornsby.
The beautifully presented single-level Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) apartments have been designed to achieve Platinum level certification under Livable Housing Design (LHD) Guidelines and meet High Physical Support, Fully Accessible or Improved Liveability design requirements under the NDIS.
