Your unwavering support means the world to us – thank you for becoming a part of the Afea story for the past year! May you enjoy the holidays surrounded by those dear to your heart.
We’ll continue to work hard to support you. Keep reading to see our operating hours over the Christmas and New Year break.
Office Hours
Your services will remain uninterrupted as we maintain our standard office hours of 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday.
Please note that our Parramatta and Liverpool offices will be physically closed on these public holidays:
- Christmas Day, Monday, 25 December
- Boxing Day, Tuesday, 26 December
- New Year’s Day, Monday, 1 January 2024
There will also be limited monitoring of our social media channels.
However, we have staff on call every day to respond to your urgent enquiries. Please contact us on 1300 65 11 33.
Home & Community Care Services
Our Home & Community Care services for our NDIS, aged care and private clients will continue as scheduled throughout the holiday period.
Plan Management
The Afea Plan Management office will be closed during the public holidays previously listed.
The NDIA will reduce its regular operations during the holiday season, which may have an impact on turnaround times for payments. To avoid the last-minute rush and ensure the timely submission of your invoices before the holiday break, we recommend submitting invoices to Afea Plan Management by Wednesday, 20 December.
You may send your invoices to invoices@afea.com.au.
The Afea Plan Management Portal is also available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
If you have any questions, you can contact us on 1300 65 11 33 or email planmanagers@afea.com.au.
Support Coordination
Our Support Coordination office will be closed from Friday, 22 December and will re-open on Monday, 8 January 2024.
We understand our Support Coordination clients may have questions or need help during the holiday season. We are here for you. If your enquiry is urgent, please email supportcoordinator@afea.com.au or call us on 1300 65 11 33.
