 We are seeking a passionate Workforce Coordinator to join our wonderful workforce coordination team. Reporting directly to our team leader you will be the first contact for our workforce. You will be responsible to organize, coordinate, schedule and engage overall deployment of carers who are engaged to work with people with disabilities.  

In this role, you will find yourself:   

  • Managing our frontline support workers
  • Building strong relationships with them
  • Responding to feedback, complaints and incidents from carers
  • Organizing and coordinating the deployment of carers
  • Increasing the engagement within our carers

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following:   

  • Previous experience in work force management or related role preferably in disability and aged care sectors  
  • Able to problem solve and work effectively in a very fast paced environment with multiple competing priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Knowledge of National Disability Insurance Scheme is preferred
