Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced full time Talent Acquisition Officer. This is a newly created position and plays a crucial role in making a difference in the community through the delivery of end-to-end recruitment and hiring of quality support workers. This role will further provide you with the opportunity to connect closely with our operations department through intensive recruitment activities and promote our brand to the community by participating in job fairs and events.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage full recruitment process and create ideas to build a diverse pool of candidates
  • Promote Afea by participating in job fairs and events
  • Identify and recommend improvements to enhance recruitment process efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience
  • Collaborate with other departments to support the business in achieving its goals

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following: 

  • Experience in bulk recruitment is preferred
  • Previous recruitment experience (preferably within the Community, Disability and/or Aged Care sectors)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
  • Positive attitude and experience in high-paced settings
