We would love to introduce ourselves to you. Afea Care Services is a leading provider of disability and aged care services, with support hubs located in Parramatta and Liverpool. We are proud to provide in-home and community support across the Sydney metro area and parts of regional NSW to more than 1,400 families every week. We also provide safe housing in our Supported Independent Living homes in western Sydney, as well as Plan Management and Support Coordination services to NDIS participants.

So what will you be doing in this amazing role?

  • Build relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and securing services while maximising revenue
  • Cold call previously serviced clients and diverse group of alliances (Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators, Hospitals) to build and maintain relationships
  • Ensure continued generation of new leads
  • Support the interests, needs and rights of the clients
  • Promote Afea Care Services in the community and attending community and social events related to the home care service industry

  • Proven success in a sales role, ideally in the NDIS space or the healthcare industry
  • Target driven mindset and unique sales approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Responsive and proactive mindset, with relationship building skills
