We are proud to provide in-home and community support across the Sydney metro area and parts of regional NSW to more than 1,400 families every week. We also provide safe housing in our Supported Independent Living homes in western Sydney, as well as Plan Management and Support Coordination services to NDIS participants.

So what will you be doing in this amazing role?

  • Well, you will promote Quality Assurance initiatives, achievements and requirements throughout Afea.
  • Further, you will conduct audits and facilitate changes to ensure required Disability Service Standards, Aged Care Guidelines and other standards are met.
  • And then, you will ensure day to day compliance with the Quality Assurance and Management system (QMS) in accordance with ISO to support quality outcomes.
  • You will also be responsible for responding to complaints and managing reportable incidents.

What are you going to bring along with you?

  • It would be great if you have relevant tertiary qualifications – in Disability, Quality Management or related fields
  • Demonstrate your experience in Quality Management in the Aged Care and/or Home and Community Services and/or Health related sector
  • Prove your extensive understanding and knowledge of NSW Disability Services Act 1993, NSW Disability Service Standards and other relevant legislation
