Imagine yourself surrounded by your People & Culture team as our new full-time People & Culture Administrator. You will soon realise that you will play a crucial role in supporting the People & Culture function, with a particular focus on Support Worker recruitment.
What does this mean? It means you will work closely alongside our Talent Acquisition Officer in communicating with candidates throughout their application and onboarding process, completing reference checks, gathering pre-employment checks and verifying documents and profile creating data management.
You also get the opportunity to work with some cutting-edge technology that helps streamline the recruitment process and makes your role that more effective!
As you’re moving with the organisation at a fast pace, you will also get the benefit of learning and developing into the role alongside your dedicated colleagues and with the unwavering support of our Head of People & Culture.
