We love to celebrate diversity and promote our values of being authentic, purposeful, responsible and understanding.

Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, the Team Leader will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) homes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment for both clients and staff. The Team Leader will work closely with the Accommodation Manager, across multiple sites, therefore regular travel between sites will be required.
