As a Customer Service Representative (Care Coordinator), you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and actioning all client services
  • Managing client enquiries, incidents, complaints and feedback
  • Scheduling valuable services as per client care plans and budget
  • Handling all client requests in line with Afea policy and guidelines
  • Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships based on trust
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to assist clients
  • Educating clients on available services that may help improve client health outcomes

Eligibility

  • Current and Valid Australian Federal Police Check
