Home & Community Care Services
Our Home & Community Care services will continue as scheduled throughout the holiday period. However, our offices will operate on minimal staffing.

Plan Management
Afea Plan Management will be open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, except on these public holidays:
- Boxing Day, Monday, 26 December
- Additional public holiday, Tuesday, 27 December
- Additional public holiday, Monday, 2 January 2023
To our valued Plan Management clients: Please be aware that the NDIS offices will reduce its regular operations during the holiday season, which may have an impact on turnaround times for payments. Kindly visit their website for more details.
The NDIA’s reduced activity period (RAP) will be in place from close of business Friday 23 December 2022 to Friday 30 December 2022. A public holiday will be observed on Monday 2 January 2023, in lieu of New Year’s Day falling on a Sunday. Regular operations will resume on Tuesday 3 January 2023.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. To avoid the last-minute rush and ensure the timely submission of your invoices to the NDIS before the holiday break, we recommend submitting invoices by Monday, 19 December.

The Afea Plan Management Portal is also available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Support Coordination
Our Support Coordination office will be closed from Thursday, 22 December and will re-open on Wednesday, 4 January 2023.
