Hi, my name is Shupei, and I’m a Services Team Leader at Afea Care Services.
When did you first join Afea?
I joined Afea in 2020, in September, as a Care Coordinator in the North West team.
What led you to Afea?
Afea has the same values [as] me – authentic, responsible, purposeful and understanding.
Tell us about your promotion!
I wanted to become a Team Leader because I want to use what I’ve learned in the past years to empower my team.
What is your proudest moment?
My proudest moment of being a Care Coordinator is during Christmas time I got a Christmas card from a client!
As a Team Leader my proudest moment will be seeing my team thriving every day.
