Workforce Coordinator

Location: Liverpool | NSW

Founded in 2008, Afea Care Services is a registered provider of disability and aged care services, with support hubs located in Parramatta and Liverpool. We have a team of 1,000+ carers providing in-home and community support across the Sydney metro area and parts of regional NSW to more than 1,400 families every week. We also provide safe housing in our Supported Independent Living homes in western Sydney, as well as Plan Management and Support Coordination services to NDIS participants across Australia.

What will you be doing in this amazing role?

  • Promote and build strong relationships with our Carers and clients.
  • Organise and coordinate the deployment of Carers who are engaged to work with individuals with disabilities, those recovering from an injury and/or experiencing age-related frailty.
  • Closely collaborate with Client Coordinators and colleagues to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery to clients.
  • Solve complex carer-related queries and respond to feedback.
  • Ensure thorough record-keeping in relevant electronic systems.

Job Location

At Afea, we have worked hard on growing a positive and nurturing company culture founded on compassion and collaboration. For this role, you will be mostly based in our Parramatta hub, although you can enjoy a flexible hybrid work arrangement, combining working in office with working remotely.
