Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer who can complement our team and join us in a full-time capacity. Based in Melbourne and supporting our recruitment function nationally, this newly created position plays a critical role in ensuring services are delivered to clients through the delivery of end-to-end recruitment and hiring of quality support workers. This role will further provide you with the opportunity to connect closely with our operations department through intensive recruitment activities and promote our brand to the community by participating in networking events.
In this role, you will find yourself:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, selecting and onboarding candidates.
- Working with internal stakeholders to understand requisitions and staffing requirements.
- Promoting the organisation’s brand by participating in job and networking events
- Identifying and recommending improvements to enhance recruitment process efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
- Previous experience in a Recruitment or HR focused role.
- Previous experience in managing bulk recruitment.
- Previous experience working within the Community, Disability and/or Aged Care sectors.
- A positive attitude and experience working in fast-paced settings.
- Someone who is committed to making a difference in the lives of others!
