About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Plan Manager to join our team in Parramatta. This role is perfect for someone who excels at financial management, enjoys working closely with clients, and has a deep understanding of the NDIS. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients manage their NDIS plans, ensuring they maximize their funding and achieve their goals.

Your typical work week
Most of your time will be spent managing and overseeing the financial aspects of our clients NDIS plans. On any given day, you could be:
- Assisting clients with the setup and management of their NDIS plans.
- Processing invoices and managing payments to ensure accurate and timely disbursement of funds.
- Providing clients with regular updates on their funding, helping them to understand and manage their budgets.
- Liaising with service providers to ensure services are delivered and billed in line with clients’ NDIS plans.
- Collaborating with support coordinators and other stakeholders to optimize plan utilization.
The essentials
- Experience in financial management, bookkeeping, or a related field.
- A strong understanding of the NDIS and knowledge on how to access the PRODA or PACE Portal.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
