As Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing extensive domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Managing special projects and coordinating special events, as needed
  • Exercising a high level of confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion at all times
  • Providing complete administrative executive support and professional business skills to CEO & Co-CEO
  • Organising executive calendars and ensuring required materials for appointments, meetings, conferences, and seminars are efficiently prepared
  • Delivering communication on behalf of the CEO and Co-CEO as directed, including the preparation of routine responses to correspondence
