About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Parramatta. If you excel at customer service, problem-solving, and enjoy working closely with clients, this role is ideal for you. NDIS knowledge is a plus. Reporting to the Business Manager, you’ll help clients manage their NDIS plans, ensuring they make the most of their funding and achieve their goals.

  • You’re confident with numbers and have some experience with client accounts management.

Your typical work week 

Most of your time you will be delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely supplier payments, and effectively handling some financial tasks. On any given day, you could be: 

  • Assisting clients with their funds management. 
  • Providing clients with regular updates on their funding, helping them to understand and manage their budgets. 
  • Liaising with service providers to ensure services are delivered and billed in line with clients’ NDIS plans. 
  • Collaborating with all stakeholders to optimize plan utilization.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Worked in a team environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
