Afea provides a range of home care services such as transportation, personal care, light housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation and more. All of our services are provided lovingly by a team of experienced carers.

We have created a state-of-the-art app for carers, and a portal for clients in order to access real-time information regarding services and funds.
Afea provides personal home care 24/7 including public holidays and we have a dedicated after hours service for immediate care.
Our home care is approved by NDIS and Home Care Packages and is personalised to suit yours or your loved ones’ needs.

Esha Oberoi is the founder and CEO of Afea Care Services, an in-home aged and disability care service. Her mission is to empower our most vulnerable members of society, through the provision of loving and compassionate care. Launching her business at just 24 years old with a passion for social change, Afea Care Services have experienced a compounding growth rate of over 100% year on year.
Suffering from depression in her early twenties, it was when she landed a job in a local nursing home that her life began to take on some direction. Recognising that many clients were in full-time care who needn’t be, she set out to redefine the experiences of ageing community and launch an in-home service. Through caring for others, Esha began to learn to care for herself. By adopting mindfulness, meditation, yoga and journalling, and spending her time making a real difference in other people’s lives, she healed past wounds and overcame a dark period in her life. She is now a passionate advocate for mental health, believing as a society we need to be having more conversations about emotional energy and managing mental wellbeing. Esha wholeheartedly believes that ‘with compassion and care we can change the world.’
Gaurav was previously a sales executive at Cisco Australia, responsible for key partner and enterprise client strategies. He has first-hand experience with assisting organisations in transforming their industries through the adoption of technology. He is passionate about the role technology and innovation can play in helping clients receive the care experience they truly deserve.
He brings over 8 years of strong skills in commercial, financial and operational service delivery management functions.

Anna is committed to each client service outcome, best practise and outstanding relationships. With her strong background in customer service along with her unfettered focus on health and happiness of others, Anna adds the silver lining, the sweetness and the energy in the office.
She has been a valuable member of the Afea team since 2011 focusing on our service operations and ensuring our clients receive a highly personable care experience.
Prior to finding her fervour for caring, Anna worked in banking sector looking after high value customer relationships.
Anna’s attention to detail to customers’ service requests without doubt can be attributed to her Bachelors in Professional Accounting.
