Year in year out since 2008, Afea has been enhancing its service offerings to meet the increasing demands of our growing communities.

Today, Afea provides a complete range of home care services, from skilled nursing to personal care for paediatric, adult and elderly clients.

In 2016 Afea appointed a board of advisors to help mentor and steer the company into the future. Esha founded Afea in 2008 at the age of 24 with only a second-hand PC, Uniden phone and a strong will and vision to assist our community members in the comfort of their own homes. A personal experience with her grandmother led Esha to leave her career with a leading bank and join the care industry.

Focusing on our core values of Honour, Integrity, Compassion and Humour, along with the hard work and effort of every team member, Afea under Esha’s leadership has grown tremendously to touch the lives of thousands of Australians. With shared values Esha believes in empowering our Team Members to deliver on Afea’s vision.

Esha is a member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organisation, Australian Institute of Company Directors and the CEO Institute. She was also a Telstra Young Business Award Finalist and won Small Business award from Indian Australian Business and Community Awards in 2014.
